We are committed to keeping personal data secure and we have implemented information security policies, rules and technical measures to protect personal data under our control from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. In addition, our personnel and data processors (third parties that process personal data on our behalf) are obliged to respect the confidentiality of the personal data relating to users of our Websites and those who purchase our Services.
We will only keep your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice. We will retain and use your personal data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
If any personal data is only useful for a short period (e.g. for a specific activity, promotion or marketing campaign), we will not retain it for longer than the period for which it is used by us.
If you have opted out of receiving marketing communications from us, we will need to retain certain personal data on a suppression list indefinitely so that we know not to send you further marketing communications in the future. However, we will not use this personal data to send you further marketing unless you subsequently opt back in to receive such marketing.
Our Websites and Services are not targeted at minors (individuals under the age of 18). However, due to the nature of our business and the Services we provide, we may from time to time process personal data relating to minors. The examples in the table cannot, of course, be exhaustive. Who gets to see your data?
Internal use
Where necessary and as set out in this Privacy Notice, your personal data will be disclosed to relevant managers, HR and administrators for the purposes of your application as mentioned in this document. We will also disclose this to other members of our group where necessary for decision making regarding your application – this will depend on the type of role you are applying for.
External use
We will only disclose your personal data outside our company group if disclosure is consistent with a ground for processing on which we rely and doing so is lawful and fair to you.
We will disclose your data if it is necessary for our legitimate interests as an organisation or the interests of a third party (but we will not do this if these interests are over-ridden by your interests and rights in particular your right to privacy). Where necessary, we will also disclose your personal data if you consent, where we are required to do so by law and/or in connection with criminal or regulatory investigations.

Retaining your personal data – more information
If you are successful in becoming employed by us, although there is no specific period for which we will keep your personal data, we will not keep it for longer than is necessary for our purposes. In general, we will keep your personal data for the duration of your employment and for a period afterwards. In considering how long to keep it, we will take into account its relevance to our business and your employment either as a record or in the event of a legal claim.
If you are unsuccessful in gaining employment with us, we will likely keep your personal data for up to 12 months after informing you that you were unsuccessful.
